Finally, we booked property on a conference call with Godrej & Desert Rose Team. The registration part was also handled carefully on Basis of POA. The entire journey was hassle-free.

We booked our investment property in Extension Panvel which we might later convert for self-use. Overall, it was a Good Experience.

We booked our dream home in Lodha Downtown. It’s a 3BHK apartment. We explored Panvel & Shilphata Market with Desert Rose Team and finalized Lodha Township based on the recommendation made by Desert Rose Team. The experience was great, being NRI our home loan part was hassle-free and the disbursement was on-time to the developer that too without any hitches as NRI loans become complicated during the time of disbursement if some paperwork gets missed out. overall, it was a good experience. Desert Rose Enterprises is the one point of contact starting from identifying property to closing the finance part.

We booked a 2BHK flat at Riverwood Park. However, I was searching for 1.5 BHK due to limited Budget, Desert Rose Team cleared our confusion of budget with 15 years EMI plan with 2 years in under construction Trench EMI and later with Home-saver product to save on interest part and EMI in budget. We changed our mind from 1.5BHK to a proper 630 sq.ft carpet 2BHK flat.  Still, we were about to postpone our plan for another 6 months but Gurwinder’s calculation of inflation part as to how the cost of construction will increase in the coming years has convinced us to book the flat in the year 2021 itself. Today we all have witnessed how construction cost has increased due increase in the price of Steel & Cement. Aside I also acknowledge and appreciate Gurwinders knowledge of real estate which has helped us to save SDR costs by 2%.

I was confused between the two locations, they helped me with the best location and property as per my requirements. and budget also banking services are really good and hassle-free with the lowest interest rate and no visit to the bank.
